Does someone know how to reset iDrive 6 on X1 F48 (2017). Holding only volume button longer than 30sec. doesn't do any iDrive reset . I'm trying to do reset because I can't get connection between My BMW application and the car (I'm in Europe).
I have Bimmer Link and Code applications and I don't see any errors. All system works normal. Is it there maybe any need for iDrive 6 update? Thanks in advance.

id 6? that was not around in 2017. did you upgrade to id6 via flash?

Probably is upgraded 2022 via USB, now is inside according to the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ozSVKtNUyo (at 1:34) "iDrive Professional NBT EVO (iDrive6.0)" and the car VIN info: I-Level F056-22-11-520.

Original/factory headunit?
If no, VIN mismatch between ATM / HU disables ConnectedDrive
If yes, does your car have 3G or 4G modem? Around 2017 BMW moved from 3G to 4G modem. Starting from production date 07/2017 AFAIK. Where I live 3G and most of europe 3G is shut down.

Headunit is original, it is not replaced. l don't know which type of modem is installed, l pressume that 4G is inside, how to check this? GPS map work fine and telephone current version is TT-02.170.002.
