Auto Art Wheels - Help

Hi I have Auto Art VYC wheels for my 1m and the offset is 20 front and 25 rear.

The tires are standard which is fine but i have noticed that the front tires rub on the wheel well but only slightly. As far as i know the wheels are 9" front and 10" rear. Should i buy spacers for the front as i know the OEm wheels are offset 31 front and 23 rear?

Any info will be great.

can you explain how the tire can "rub on the wheel"? do you mean the strut?

Rub on the "Wheel well"... I think if you read it again you'll find he means the inside fender liners...

If you are rubbing on the fenders, I probably wouldn't add spacers, as it could make your problem worse. Do you have photos of where you're rubbing?

1M offsets are much more aggressive. Read his post.

Mate,

If I was right in my previous post and it's the fender liners that you're rubbing on then there is an official BMW replacement part that fixes this problem:

http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=682196

My replacement liners are sitting at the dealer to be installed at my next service. No cost.

Cheers Ian,

When you take your car in do you flash back to stock or leave as is?
