Lowering springs installation cost?

Hey guys I am looking to install some swift spec-r lowering springs on my E92. I was quoted 350+ tax by a reputable shop to get these springs installed. This seems pretty high considering the springs only cost about 300 themselves. I would love to do the work myself but I really do not have any of the tools or work area to do this so I will be looking to get it done at a shop. Does anyone have any experience on how much this should cost and where I should get it done in the PA area?

I think I paid around $300 which included a 4 wheel alignment.
