Purchased her a little over a year ago. A few small nicks here and there from daily driving use but it's in great shape overall, especially the interior. Car is parked in a gated, underground garage every night. Hand washed every weekend, with 303 protectant used on the interior. Selling because I have a pair of twins on the way

Recent Maintenance:
Changing oil this weekend (parts already on the way!)
Leatherique on Both Seats
Elastic Roof Straps Installed, Latches Greased
Passenger Side Mirror Glass Replaced (OEM Auto Dim + Heated)
Angel Eye Bulbs Replaced
Rubber windshield gasket replaced

A few minor issues, but in the interest of full disclosure:
-Slight air leak on the driver's side at 70+ mph. Not very loud but it's there.
-Passenger side cupholder rattles over very rough pavement.
-A previous owner re-sprayed the wheels, and the paint is peeling off in a few spots. Some curb rash too.

Asking $24,500. Not in a rush to sell, pretty firm on price. Stock mufflers included. $24k without Stromung mufflers. Car has a lien through Capital One. PM if you'd like more information. I haven't listed the car for sale anywhere else yet; I'd prefer for her to go to an enthusiast owner

No dents. No carfax, but I had an info sheet from the dealer I can try and dig up later today. No accidents or anything like that.

It's going to be raining here for the next few days, so better pics might have to wait until next week

Sorry, seller. I've had a bunch of people come to my house to check out my crawl space, HVAC system and water. I'm paying a lot of money to get the stuff fixed. I was really close to getting this bad boy but the interest rate my bank gave me was horrible. These repair and upgrade bills are going to run me close $10k. I already had the parts in the garage so I just dropped off my SI at the shop 2 days ago to have the Mbumper and skirts put on. GLWS and I hope to goes to a good home.

I'm choosing to see the lack of an immediate buyer as a sign that I should keep it a little longer the car will be listed again in late spring / early summer, but right now I'm not quite ready to say goodbye. Apologies to anybody who was on the fence or thinking about making a move.
