BMW wheel/tire warranty cover PSS?

The warranty is through safeguard and states that it will cover OEM approved tires. So would they be approve and cover the PSS?

Tried calling the dealer and the person I spoke with didn't really know.

If the PSS is not covered, might just prorate the warranty and get some bridgestone S04s which are bit cheaper. As a daily driver that sees the bulk of its time on the highway, I doubt it makes much of a difference either way.

So found out that safe-guard will cover pretty much any tire, even non oem, up to the price of the original tire.

I believe safe-guard is more lenient in this regard and does not apply to all tire warranties.
