WTB: 05/06 Alpine White ZCP w/ Fewest Options Possible + FINDER'S FEE

I hope you guys don't mind me posting an E46 ad on an E90 forum. But I figured we're all enthusiasts here so I'm hoping to get all the help I can. I'm trying to find the "perfect" car for my father, and I fully understand that this is pretty much a unicorn car and will be waiting awhile for one to show up, but it's completely worth it. Here's what we're looking for:

2005/2006 (preferably '06)
ZCP Competition Package
6MT
Less than 50,000 miles
Alpine White Exterior
M-Texture / Cloth Interior
NO Sunroof
NO Navigation
NO Heated Seats
Manual Seats

We would consider mixing some of those options, but at a minimum the Sunroof delete and no NAV are a must. Essentially, we're looking for a completely stripped down car. We're willing to travel to check out/pick up the right vehicle. I have seen one other car with these specs (it did have heated seats though), but I remember that car having title issues...so I know at least one exists!

A FINDER'S FEE WILL BE PAID to anyone who can help us locate this car. I'm on cars.com, autotrader, eBay, and other automotive sites all the time but I feel like it's through personal relationships you guys have that may be able to help us locate this car. The fee would depend on how public the marketing is for it. We're not talking a $100 "atta boy" fee either.

We're not tire kickers nor are we low-ballers. I have owned an E46 M3 and so has my father. This has been our favorite car and we want to find the "perfect example" and hope you may be able to help. Thanks for looking!

good luck. it is a fairly difficult to find all the specs you want. just went thru this also wanting a white stripper for track car and ended up with a tiag instead that had sunroof. had to make it work.

Ohhhhh believe me, I know this is going to take awhile. This isn't FAIRLY difficult, this is an extremely difficult find...which is why I have a finder's fee. But I have seen this exact car for sale before...the only options it had were xenons and heated seats (I thought the heated seat option was weird for cloth/manual seats). Unfortunately, if I'm not mistaken, there was a title issue so it wasn't 100% clean. The car was for sale in Oregon, then went to SoCal, and then I believe that guy was trying to sell it. I can't find the thread anymore though.
