Question for supercharged M's with tire selection

Looking at getting some stickier rubber here soon. I have my ESS VT2-625 getting slapped on this upcoming week. Right now im using hancook ventus V12's (285/35/19) and i have a feeling these are NOT going to cut it for grip. I'm looking to get feedback from the big power guys what tire/size they are running out back. I would LIKE for the car to hook WOT in 2nd gear around 40ish for roll events if possible... Not sure if i'm asking too much here. Also, im sitting on KW V'3 for coils, so not sure how this would impact maximum tire size out back. I would love to jump into a 295 or 305, but not sure they will fit w/o rub. Wheels are a +22 offset.

I have pss in 295/30/19 with an ess 625 and they do hook up from 40mph in 2nd. I previously had the ess 550 kit on stock size pzeros and had lots of traction problems, the pss in the wider size are much better even with the extra power.
