Think this combination will rub...?

Resident experts, please help: I'm about to buy tires for my newly acquired wheels on my Z4M Coupe, and am hoping that I'll be able to add H&R coilovers with a slight drop (more for handling) without rubbing or other complications. Does that seem realistic? Would a different tire choice matter? Other issues? Thanks in advance!

Have: Apex Arc-8 18x8.5 et40, 18x10 et25
Planned: 245/40 and 275/35 Pilot Super Sports
Next: H&R Coilovers with small (perhaps 1 inch) drop
