M3 Spotted on M4 motorway, UK

Hi all. Was out driving yesterday and stumbled across a white M3 being driven on motorway. All badges covered over and a strange registered number plate (for those in the UK - a 56 plate?!??).

Got real close and a bonus was that a silver E46 was to it's side. Saw rear and side. Waved to occupants and they just smiled (it was a family - probably head of BMW UK

).

Looked awesome from both angles - could not hear anything - it was cruising in 50mp speed limit

).

It was good to see it against the E46 - looks much more classy with a hint of aggression and the beast that lies within :rocks:

With the sunny weather - it really looked awesome - 19" wheels superb.

Apologoes about rotation of photos - can't work out how to do it as on the computer they are right way round

I believe that is a girl in the passenger seat of a right-hand drive M3.

I was wondering the same as you at first.

I agree, many people have commented on how plain it looks IRL, but I've seen many E92 335's in white and they look great- you can still notice the details without needing any metallic paint.

looks like RHD, look at the dashboard -> it's more to the right.
