Stock c6 Z06 vs ESS VT2 600 M3

I came across this video on youtube and I can't help but think that something is off. I would think a vt2-600 M3 would be much faster than a stock c6 z06??? Anyone else seen this?

don't forget the Z06 is lighter.

That's an old video. The Ess car was running on 20s and won't hook.
Z06s are very quick cars our the box and even faster with simple mods.

I ran a couple of Z06s and I was pretty impressed with the amount of TQ they make down low but the hit a wall up top.

This z06 is also running a straight pipe exhaust, intake and tune .... It's a buddies car and is crazy fast for a mainly stock car

Yea, I just put 20" BBS on and boy there is a huge difference from running 18" TE37 with sticky tires. I was slipping like crazy, it felt almost dangerous and scary on 20" wheels. I wasn't confident to let her rip full throttle like I would on my 18" TE37 w/ RS3

Z06s are very quick cars our the box and even faster with simple mods. I ran a couple of Z06s and I was pretty impressed with the amount of TQ they make down low but the hit a wall up top.
