Fyi no shop will install tires that are down to the wear bars, many will say no to installing any used tire even.

Yes, BMW dealerships won't install used tires from my experience..
I've swapped out 3 front tires with used ones with no problem from shops
These shops are common.

There are tires for everybody and yes they still have tread left. Will definitely get you through the summer to the potential buyers.
