I recently traded in my BMW and need to use my remaining points on my BMW card. I am going to redeem 20,000 points, which is worth $200 in "BMW Dividends"

Here's what it is exactly:

"BMW Center Dividends are used for service, repairs, parts, accessories and lifestyle merchandise at your local BMW Center. The check is made payable to the BMW Center you select and mailed to the primary cardholder’s address. Present the check to the BMW Center as payment for the goods and services purchased."

Sweet. So request the BMW Dividends (made payable to dealer) and then it comes in the mail the cashier at the dealer will give you cash? I no longer drive a BMW so cannot use it for any service

No. I got a $200 check to use at my dealer. You cannot redeem it for cash
