im pretty sure the guys from somewhere in INDIA... when its too good its its most likely not real

EDIT: JUST CALLED AND ITS A EBAY KINDA SITE... IT SOUNDS LIKE HE SOLD IT IN EBAY FOR MORE...

GUYS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS CAR FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL. PLEASE READ.

He claimed the car was pristine and perfect and we almost made a deal that at the end of the day put me $1800 in the hole. I had the car shipped from Ca to TX. When the car arrived here it had numerous issues, was undriveable, and missing several parts. The exhaust was totally separated from the headers, the car was showing several safety system codes, check engine light etc and had no power. I had to have the car shipped to the nearest dealer where they assessed the damage. The exterior is also far from perfect (numerous dings, scuffs, discolorations in the paint etc. The car is also missing several parts inlcuding the rear seats and assemblies, the hood vents, numerous paneling under the hood, trunk area etc. None of these issues had been commuicated to me prior to the sale.

All in all this has been a very painful and unethical experience. I approached him to partially refund or split the costs that I have had to incur (shipping to TX and back to Ca, the BMW assessment bill etc) and he has refused. I am currently working with an attorney on filing a class action civil lawsuit against him to recoup my costs at the very least. As a fellow M3 member with a proven history, just save yourself the agony and I would recommend to avoid this car altogether. There is a reason its priced so low.

I have a ton of pics and documentation and more info on the seller if anyone is interested that can save you time and heartache. Let me know how I can help.
