Hi guys,
This is my first try at building a 3D car. Now I can try some crazy color schemes, and racing stripes! I am planning on finishing this up by making it into the transformer “Bluestreak” from the 80’s (he was a 280zx).

Other than the tire sidewalls, look pretty spot on. How long did it take you?

ahh ive built a few of my designs on alias. Practice makes perfect! Your off to a good start. Just keep the curvature fails to a minimum, or do like me and fix them in photoshop! =D

took forever! I do it in my spare time at work.... I started it in the summer, got burned out, picked it back up... The tires are "rough" just "tubes" with rounded sides so they're not done. but since Im burned out on it again i want to move on to making it a ROBOT lol

schwank: dude! you have to switch to photoshop or 3D Studio Max, adjust your lighting or use HDR's as your light source...good trying though...

Unfortunately I only have access to the basic C4D program Version 11. Ive got some better lighting in this one, and a lot more detail.
