How to tighten KW swaybar endlinks?

Anyone know how to tighten the nut on these KW Clubsport front swaybar endlinks? Once the nut is turned to tighten them the bolt portion just spins itself.

The stock endlinks had a backside nut area that you could hold onto with a pair of pliers to prevent the bolt from turning but I don't see that on these.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
