Alex's HPF Stage 1 Turbo Z4M on the Dyno

As the Z4M shares the same S54 engine as the E46 M3, we were able to easily transform this factory Z4M into a monster. We will be turning on our live feed of Alex's HPF Stage 1 turbo Z4M shortly and will post dyno graphs later today. I can't wait to take this car for a rip. It is so quiet and sooo clean.

Hrmmm...iono if I'm a big fan of how those look personally...but they're probably optional anyway

They just cut up the oem hood, but I like it. A cheap way to allow hot air to escape, as long as you don't mess up the paint on the edges of the cut

I wouldn't mind copying those cuts to both sides, and covering them with a black mesh material

I think I'm going to leave the rice for JDM cars like my MR2, where it rightfully belongs...

Otherwise, it's tough to pull something like that off on such a classy car..

ive were going vented hood it HAS to be the varis cooling hood!! Thing of sheer beauty!! The only problem is coming from japan they ALWAYS arrive with damage.... the first one i ordered look horrific, i then had to stomach the cost of sending it back!!!! After that i decided to quit while i was ahead... or behind as it were!!

just HOW bad was it? any chance u took pics? makes me think twice about wanting it, was there no shipping warrenty or anything?
