More than likely made in China....It's funny that it says that it's made in Germany, but it's being shipped from Hong Kong. Also, as you have mentioned that they are using the BMW photo, which I willing to bet the quality of this spoiler is no where near that of the BMW piece. I would be weary

Dont buy spoilers of Ebay
Waste of time and money, they will never fit correctly

Better off buying a legit fitting one, or it will just pop right up over time
