Egg Yolks

Sorry if this is a repost or old question, but does anyone have the BMW OEM part numbers for silver replacement bulbs for the orange bulbs in the Z4M turn signals?

Thanks.

The H21 are not amber, they are clear with amber globes.

There are replacement bulbs that are silver/clear when off, but orange when lit.

I found this thread on a different forum:

Does anyone know if they are talking about the correct part number?

they are clear bulbs with a plastic globe that is orange the bulb itself is clear, thus changing the two intgr8r stated wouldn't make a difference

Exactly. You have to break the orange plastic out of the housing to get the clear effect you desire. The 5W side marker on the far right of the photo appears to be an orange bulb so It could probably be swapped out for a silver coated version.

A PITA, but doable.
This doesn't give you the OE look of amber when lit though.

Trudat.
That's what I have in my Teckarbon lights.

Just ordered myself a pair of the side marker bulbs in amberchrome. Only $6.50 shipped off EBay....

Now to see how hard they will be to replace

Those are easy to access through the wheel well liner.
