Sorry if this is a repost or old question, but does anyone have the BMW OEM part numbers for silver replacement bulbs for the orange bulbs in the Z4M turn signals?

The H21 are not amber, they are clear with amber globes.

There are replacement bulbs that are silver/clear when off, but orange when lit.

Exactly. You have to break the orange plastic out of the housing to get the clear effect you desire. The 5W side marker on the far right of the photo appears to be an orange bulb so It could probably be swapped out for a silver coated version.

Those are easy to access through the wheel well liner.
