Colored Front Bumper Intake Idea

Hey guys, I really dig the porsche's and other cars with contrasting intake colors. I' was wondering how'd it look on my car...so I decided to try to photoshop my idea. What are your thoughts?

hmm, it COULD work if perhaps you also do red mirror caps?

try a photoshop with a bit of a brighter red too perhaps?

ideas: if you want to go flash....try coordinating the bumper with grill and/or mirror caps...and or racing stripes so as to look like a "package" rather than an 'eccentricity' ....maybe try silver or some bright color? you could do this in vinyl for a few hundred $$ in half a day. Hack job pic follows:

I like it, I think that you should also do the kidney grill edges. For the mirrors I think you should only do the bottom half.

thanks guys for the suggestions, I'll mess with it a little more tomorrow. I kinda like the all black with small areas that pop out.

i think white and red would look better, for black go lime green

... with lime green rims, and lime green mirror caps. its what i would have done.

Damn, that does stand out bro, hmm if I only had the balls to pull this off. Powder coat the OEM rims would be no problem. Maybe some vinyl wrap places have florescent green for the mirrors and the hightlights.

Doesn't take much balls lol... You can actually get the VMR Rims in lime green they sell them. Then just vinyl wrap the rest, pretty simple... Looks sick thou.

i dont think it works so well on a black car.

i could totally see it on AW for instance, though.

hmm, needs door banners and wheels/mirrors etc too maybe?

I don't like decals on a street car, even on a GT3RS. I think I would be ok with it if the car spent 90% of its time on the track where everyone "gets it" and it's not as pretentious.

On the street, I think it draws too much attention and appears ricey. IMO
