supersprint.. which to go?

I am looking to install one of the following options on my z4 m coupe:
1. Supersprint x-pipe only.
Or
2. Supersprint cat backs only.

Second option will give looks also, but which option will result in higher performance without loosing tourqetourqe.
Cause I think installing both options will be too loud for me, unless there is another option.
Looking forward for an advice on this.
Thanks.

Performance? Between the two, I'd go with the X-Pipe.

Looks? Between the two, I'd go with the mufflers.

The only way you can get the beauty of both worlds is to get both, with an addition of headers and/or section1 (S-pipe).

It will be as loud as 106dBs at WOT and at redline, but no pain no gain

I put a SS X-pipe on my stock system. It added a little bit of sound, and negligible anything else. As mentioned above, you'd be better off putting a complete system on to get the real benefits.

If you go with just the mufflers give them about 1,000 miles before you decide if you like the way they sound or not. I recently installed the SS Sport mufflers and they seem much louder now that they've been broke in. Its a sound thats easy to live with, although I have the X-pipe on order because I want it to be slightly louder.

I have both supersprint x-pipe and race mufflers. The car sounds so much better. Definitely a little more vibration from the X-pipe and some droning around 2.8-3k rpm. Overall all I am very satisfy with the combo

Go iPhone App!

I think BMS aren't around anymore? You'll prolly have to pick a used set off someone here. I believe they used Magnaflow mufflers
