tire dressing is mequires hot shine foam. it soaks in after 30 minutes or so. i dont leave it on, i apply it with an applicator so its not caked on.

After you apply it let it sit for a couple minutes and remove it with a towel. It will give it a nice matte/semi shine to it and you won't get sling all over your panels

If you clean the tires with some wheel friendly cleaner you don't even need tire dressing.

Picture and car look great. Those windows in your garage are pretty damn fancy LOL

Nice.

I have been using Pinnacle products for a couple of years now. Sovereign and Signature Series II are great... I just picked up a jar of Dodo Juice Diamond White Hard this week. I will try it out tomorrow...

You will love Dodo Juice.

The easiest wax I've used so far. I use Dodo Juice Hard Candy and I follow it with Dodo Juice Rainforest Rub.

The results are amazing

For starters, you're going to need a DSLR if you don't have one.

I bet he is using a strobe or something of that sort as well to get that lighting. That's just me though.

I have a canon t2i, a standard lens that goes down to F3.5, and a F1.4 50mm one. Various filters

I'm interested on what type of lighting used, the iso, shutter speed, and aperture

I tried pulling the EXIF but I can't access it

I bet he's going like ISO 800 with a low f-stop. But I'm interested as well now

a t2i is plenty good. i would suggest upgrading the lens instead. good glass goes a long way. the light is a single bee with a powerpack. iso is always set to 100, which gives the least grain and i always use a tripod under low light conditions. aperture is set to f8. i find it keep the car in focus across the image. exposure is set accordingly to lighting. try setting your camera on aperture priority (AV) and pplaying with the f-stop and exposure seperatly to see what you like. a polarizer helps as well

pinnacle souveran

expensive, but gives a really nice shine after a proper detailing. this is a finishing paste, so other products must be used to remove swirls etc...
