Loud fan noise

So I just started hearing this loud fan noise. Maybe because its getting hot now. Is this normal? Its pretty loud. Im guessing its to cool the turbos? Should I take in it to the dealer?

I used to be bothered by loud fan noise.

But now, I have learned to embrace my fans, and I realize that all their screaming and shouting is really just a form of adulation and I can't fault them for it.
