Would u use Waterless carwash to wash the M?
Like the one CG makes? I went there last week and someone demo'd it for me. I just feel like u would be digging yourself a grave by using this and putting in enormous amounts of swirls and scratches... But the guys who use it swear by it. discuss

I have used it in the past on my jet black M3 and really liked it. never had any issues with swirls or anything like that. But after reading all the "pro detailers" on the forums response to it i stopped. But for what its worth i never had any issues with the waterless car wash.

It depends on how dirty the car is...I never let my car get to the point where I don't feel comfortable doing a waterless wash. The stuff I use really does a great job of lifting contaminants off of the paint.

I love my waterless wash system. I use Optimum products and it works great for me considering I don't have access to a hose in my apartment garage.
Like the other posters were saying, it's great to use when it's only a little dirty. For heavy dirt/tar/etc, I just go to a public car wash place. I also use a couple different wash mitts, changing out often as I move on to a new section of the car. |

I only use the waterless car wash when the car is just a "little dirty" and after arriving at a car meet or a show.

I use Chemical Guy's One Waterless wash on my Jet Black M3 with no problems.
Like many of the others have posted if my car is really filthy than I just go with the traditional 2 bucket wash. However, if I'm just doing a maintenance wash like one that I do every week or two...then the waterless does the trick. |
