First Post: My new M Roadster

Here are some pictures of my new M Roadster. I just used my iphone after I cleaned it so they're not the highest quality pictures.

Very pretty mate. You've done well. Do you have any plans for her?

As of right now, I plan on keeping everything stock. Down the road, I may change the exhaust system, intake, and put a chip in it. Any suggestions though?

Nice!

Not a "mod" but an alignment from a good shop is recommended. Most cars will not have seen an alignment and if so the car is probably out if spec. Depending on planned use perhaps toward the most negative amber you can get stock up-front (more aggressive settings improve turn-in and help with wear especially if you're a spirited driver). Camber bolt kit if you plan to track or autox your car.

Others: CDV delete, transmission mounts, SSK or ZHP knob all improve shifting feel/performance. None are essential--but do improve things.

Oh, and tires if these are the stock Continentals (which are really don't belong on such a great car).

Thanks for the ideas. I definitely will do the CDV delete and be looking into the others

Looks great! I would get rid of the Contis and replace them with something better.

Yeah, the tires will need to be replaced soon so different ones will be going on within the next few months

Looking good. I agree with all except the get rid of the conti's statement. I like the new Conti DW's Extreme contact, just put a set of rears on. Will do the same with the fronts next month when they wear down a little further.

But everyone has their own opinion when it comes to tires. That's why they make so many.

Best regards

Nice combo! If you have madeira trim, then our cars are twins!
You need to get that front wheel refinished.

Looks like our cars are twins

Any idea on what it should typically cost to refinish the wheel? I really do need to get that done soon.
