One of the nicest M3 I've seen. Ideal setup for the track.

Car loops well-planted. Nice. Interested to know your CS bump and rebound settings and also drop. I just had mine out with CS for first time a week or so ago, but with a dry first two sessions and wet thereafter it ended being a change and learn day (settings and wheels). Your track looks dry. Thanks!

It will be here before you know it. Then it will be an endless catch up with tires, pads, brake bleedings, alignments, etc...

It was my first time on this track with this particular configuration so I had a little help (supervision) at the beginning.

Front drop ~ 25 & 5/8"
Rear drop ~ 24 & 3/4"
Bump & rebound = KW factory settings - I haven't changed those yet and I will suspect it will be a while before I start fiddling with them. Yes, the car looks and feels planted and I don't yet have the experience to try to fine tune the set up.

I'm interested to know what alignment settings you're using. Could you maybe share those as well? Thanks in advance OP!

I think I'm about to go back to NT-01s due to the fact that its summer, or I may just finally go with a set of Hoosier R6s. Need to look into whether they have started making a 285/?-18 NT-01. If not, I wonder if the 295 will fit on my 18x10 rears.

The PSCups have been a great street/track tire having been the only tires on my car since October and having done five track days. However, when you reach the limit of grip (and wear) with them, they really let go

The NT01's do come in 285/35R18 size.

Of course without DSC as I'm on track

Thanks for the info, I'm officially going back to NT-01s. 275/35-18F and 285/35-18R

Where have you seen the NT-01s in 285-18? I've been looking and can't seem to find any

I can't believe it - three weeks ago when I got my tires from Discount Tires Direct the 285s were still an option for 18" wheels... Sorry!

But based on your video (and I mean this in a good! way) you're more than ready for the Hoosiers anyway...

I've never seen that size available in the NT-01. Nitto NT-05 is available in the size though.

Great pics!

+1 I have the NT05 in 285/35/18 but the NT01s I just ordered for my other wheels are all 275/35/18.

This is slightly OT but I have to say I was impressed with my RE11 street tires on OEM 19" stock sizes at H2R the other day. I normally have 275 NT01s on 9.5" rims, but they are in storage at TWS. RE11s are a great street tire, and man, they really work hard at the track for a street tire. Clearly not in the same class as a DOT rcomp, but I had no trouble keeping up with the instructors in race cars on slicks.
