We just had a customer who had a family member pick up the car on his behalf never left his house so yes it can be done if your sales rep is saying no, its simply because they do not want to go above and beyond to aide the customer

I have noticed a lot of people on the forum who are getting told no on a lot things that are def possible but the reason they are getting told know is bc their sales associate is either to lazy to do it or is not connected like Ryan. There is a reason that Ryan was the ONLY sales associate on this forum who received the platinum sales award this year and that was because he makes things happen.

Actually you burry pretty well. Then you implied there was some sort of approval process when designating a proxy for European Delivery. The OP may have acted on your misinformation and started their Euro Delivery on the wrong foot.

I'm not interested in the hierarchy of your dealership, nor did I search you out. I saw the subject of the thread "ED Delivery" and upon reading, I noticed bad information you happened to be passing along. I simply posted the correct info.

If you truly wish to help the community, please consult with someone experienced with BMW programs before you post. There is nothing wrong with helping your own family business, but this forum is an even larger family that I happen to be a part of.

I understand Ryan as sales manager can be extremely busy. In the future if you are unsure about a question, and he's busy, feel free to PM me for the answer. I'm always happy to assist a fellow enthusiast.

Dave, its unbecoming of you to be this negative man. You're more professional than this. I don't even understand why you're taking his comment about "individual colors" and stretching its logic to the point of absurdity. I don't think anyone took Golffrr's comment as saying that proxies are LITERALLY like individual colors, or that it would cost money to be a proxy. I took it just like he said it "its a case by case situation, just like individual colors". Why knit-pick on something so needlessly? Again, you're more professional than this.
