Just joined after purchasing 2007 m coupe

I have owned many fast car in the past but this one seems to do it all very well. My last car was a 2004 E55 AMG, lots of power and super fast in a straight line but handled like a truck. My first BMW was a 2000 M roadster
which I later Dinan supercharged after the warranty ran out.

I'm new too, I just got a 2007 3.0si. I can't imagine how hard an M accelerates.

I just finished changing all the fluids. Strongly recommended!

Are there more than one leather op on the E86 M Coupes? Just wondering because I hear people call it extended or Nappa leather. Are they one in the same?

Nappa leather is what all the M have and extended leather, an option, is in more places like the roll bars on the convert. Not as a big deal on the coupes really. Congrads on the purchase

Not quite as much as a roadster, but still a pretty big deal on the coupe.

You would get full leather doors, center console, visors, etc with the extended leather.

That's a lot of leather. It was a cow massacre the day that order was placed. Surprised there's not a leather wrapped exhaust tip.

Probably about 20 or more I'd think. Offhand I can think of 10 right off the bat. Maybe in Spring once the weather is a bit nicer?

I agree, it would be awesome! Perhaps in a month or two, when weather is hopefully easier to predict...? Today was a gorgeous day, took a drive with the wife out for a loop around Mt. Tam. Will post about it in a bit, don't want to thread jack!
