Waiting for my X5...Intro

Hi All....I am new to this forum and also about to be a 1st time BMW owner. I ordered a 2K11 X5 50i Alpine white/Black Nevada loaded. Its been in transit/prep center for 2 weeks. How long can it possibly take? I opt'd out of the Performance Center Delivery and had it shipped to my dealer because i was only given 3 day's to choose from in Sept for the PCD experience. One of the dates I am out of town and the others was in the last week of Sept. Dissapointed that I couldn't do it, I think it wouldve been a cool experience. Oh well, I hope to forget about all the aggravation once I finally get it and enjoy the few good days we have left here in New England until the Winter comes....The anticipation is killing me!!!

That seems like a long time - mine is done on Monday, hope it doesn't take that long! It may just be BMW's system, it get's stuck at a lot of the steps and is way behind typically - call the dealer and they can tell you exactly where it is and what is going on - it is possible it is closer than indicated.

Nice choice on the options - enjoy!

The "K" is a half inch closer to the "2" than the "0" is.
