Considering buying 2004 X5

So im thinking about buying this X5:

I only have a couple questions:

1. The lowest I could get him to go was $14.5k, do you think this is a fair price considering the 182k KM (~113k miles)
2. How long can X5's go before I can expect major high costing problems.. I have never bought a vehicle with so many clicks on it so I really can't decide if I should do this.

My 2001 X5 3.0 with Sports Package has given me very little trouble to date - in fact, nothing that I could not consider "expectable". It now has $ 113k. If you are willing to wait til early Spring, I am planning to sell it then....
