cant decide! I am thinking of changing the color from white to carbon ! need advices

hi everyone
I have ordered x5 50i m package with white exterior but now I am not sure about the color and thinking of changing it to carbon black. what do you guys think is it worth changing the color from white to carbon black or not?
I think maybe the carbon is more special and the white looks too cheep but still cant decide
nedd help please! what do you guys think?????

I am about two days from placing my order for an X5 m-sport Carbon Black. I've known all along that would be the color, it's beautiful.

How should you decide?

1. Look at another BMW with Carbon Black if you can..
2. Decide how much effort you want to invest in keeping it clean..
3. Decide whether you like darker colors more than lighter colors.

I can appreciate almost any color, but I think Carbon Black is a really special color. The only other I'd consider would be Citrin Black (from the 7 series individual program).

Can't decide your color for you, and you sure have posed a contrasting choice - that said, consider this: Most X5's you see are black (including mine, which is Black Sapphire). Alpine White looks great on the X5, I've seen it, and it would be rare. I also have an Alpine White E90 and it is much easier to keep clean.

In the end though, you have to decide what color YOU like best and just go for it.

I have the Sapphire Black.
If you're not into washing at least weekly (the car, not you), get the white.

Thanks for the advices! But I really like carbon and white and I don't know which one to pick although I have already sapphire black x5 2008 but I've been told the carbon looks different than sapphire black and white might be good too cuz I already have black but still don't know! Please more advices!

Go white if you dislike washing vehicles.

sounds like you need a push, so let me help. I just picked up a x5 m -sport in carbon black, and it is a thing of beauty. wasnt sure about the blue aspect of it, but its so unique and gorgeous.

mine is debadged, tinted, tinted amber reflectors up front, and soon with black grilles.

the color is simply gorgeous, and it sets off the aluminum rails up top. not too mention it is unique to the m sport and the x5m.

do it. but wash it, a lot.

I had a e46 m3 in carbon black. Never again will I get that color. Looks great when new but is a disaster to keep in good condition. Really bad for swirls.

I got a Carbon Black and love the color. Like any dark color car it is difficult to keep clean and you must clean it correctly to avoid swirls. But, when it is clean, it is a fantastic color. My next one will also be Carbon Black.

carbon... if you really have the time to maintain the paint.. like wash it when necessary.. it looks GREAT... i have white only because i didn't get the M package to get carbon or i would have

Thanks everyone I called my dealer and Told him that I want to change from white to Carbon black but he said he doesn't know if I can change and he will let me know if that is possible in couple of days, if he says I can I'm gonna change it to carbon and if not I will live with the white.thanks everyone again and if you could upload some pics of white and carbon if you got the color on your x5
