Importing US X5 into Canada

a few questions about importing a US X5 into Canada.

1. does the navigation include Canadian maps?
2. warranty applies to Canada as well?
3. is it possible to tell BMW to stick with the silver trim and not replace it with gaudy wood trim

when you order a package?

4. a 2011 X5 model refresh in late October with led corona and revised taillights?

BMW Canada may refuse to honor the warranty. I've read about people doing this in the past. BMW Canada is a different company than BMW USA. They buy cars from the same factories, but the warranty is through BMW Canada or BMW USA. Search on E90Post - this topic has come up before.
