Evolution racewerks has 285's in the rear but Im not sure how much modifications they did. The also run 285 in front but the run their wide body conversion in the front.

Wrong section, but do a search in the wheels/tires section.

Quick answer is generally that you can fit 225F/255R tires with most 1 series fitment wheels (assuming 18x8"F and 18x9"R).

APEX makes some 18x8.5"F and 18x9.5"R wheels with offsets that will allow you to do more, with perhaps as much as 285s in the rear with little to no modification and 255s in front with some Vorshlag camber plates. I'm waiting to put them on myself.

Fronts are always the toughest to get wide tires without some modifications because you don't have a lot of room to play with.

I run 235/265 with my Forgestars, no rubbing. After I put my coilovers on I think there may be fender rolling in my future.

I totally agree. I have 255's (Dunlops, which run wide) all the way around. It is an awesome track set up. I wouldnt recommend it for the daily drivers. I had to roll front fenders, 10mm spacer in the front and I have camber plates at max setting to get the fronts to fit. The nice thing is that now I am able to rotate tires.

Hope this helps...

I think I might like to try this route in the near future. Right now I'm running 235 square rotatable, on stock suspension. If you rotate, you must have same offset on all four wheels? What offset?? Do you autocross?
