Snow Socks?
Ugh, despite the roads being reasonably well gritted in North London, my car park (and in/out road) are on private land and so do not get gritted. Result is that I haven't been able to get the M3 out of its parking space for the last week
I need to cross about 50m of compacted snow/ice to get onto the road network and someone just mentioned "snow socks". Had a quick look at autosock.co.uk and see a whole load of tyre sizes listed but not 265/35 19s. Does anyone know anything about these and if so, whether they're any good and available in M3 sizes? p.s. aren't these cars absolutely **** in these conditions. Stranded and hungry. Please send food. just swapped my RS4 for an M3, and whilst the M3 provides a 'thrill a minute' ride, it is sh*te in this weather.
The RS went through the snow with ease ...... bring on Spring !! |
