Just got mine done at Performance Window Tinting in Columbia. Huper Optik 35 and then SunTek carbon on the windshield.

Thanks guys I will check those shops out. Is there a difference between Huper Optik and Pinnacle? Also, for those who have comfort access did either one of these tints neg effect it?

Pinnacle F1 on my car and comfort Access has been working great with it. Only problem is that comfort access often works too well and locks the car when I step out and leave the key in my book bag or something and get too close to the handle! LOL 1st time I panicked but then remembered that the key should also let me unlock what it just locked since it was within range sitting in my bookbag...Viola it did!

Try to work it so that when you tint the windows you can park the car for a few days. Remember our windows roll down a bit when you close the door. Not good for film that has just been applied.

LA tint in Sterling did a great job on my car. They apply felt to get rid of the dot matrix problem on the rear windshield.

I remember reading somewhere that they can tint on the dot matrix but it requires going in on a second visit to press the tint back down. Has anyone had that done on their car or is the felt the best way to go? |
