Black IS Beautiful!

Some pics after I put the summers back on. Installed the H&R spacers (15 front 12 rear) and it completes the look I think: (Thanks to the guys at RENNSpec for the great service and fast shipping!)

Hope you enjoy them!

REALLY?
In the US, you don't have the option? on E92 (coupe only), Canadians owners have to pay $800 or $900 to upgrade to high gloss shadowline.

I didnt have this problem on my E93, as it comes with the ugly chrome/aluminum trim and I had it painted matte black.

i'm not talking about the shadowline window trim. i'm talking about the side mirror housing/mounting area trim. The US spec is high gloss, the Canadian spec appears to be matte black.

no no, its the same thing. If you opt for high gloss shadowline, then the mirror housing/mounting area trim will be high gloss. But if you don't get the high gloss shadowline option, you get the matte look on both the mirror housing and the trim around the windows.

Think about it, it would look pretty weird if you had high gloss on the mirror housing and then matte around the windows lol

okay, that makes sense. got it! in the US it is high gloss no matter what (e93 aside).

really? see I never knew that...thats interesting. its $800/$900 option here, but then again we get some other options as standard, such as Comfort Access & Heated Seats.

You said E93 aside, but I assume your E90s don't have high gloss, do they?
