With a portable and AUX, yes. The integrated XM Direct systems do not work with NAV systems.

How about the DICE SilverLine? Will it work with the Nav option? I also don't know the difference between the analog, analog DSP, and digital DSP. What's the difference and how do you know which configuration I need? Thanks.

SILVERLINE will work with NAV, not a problem. All Z4Ms are equipped with Analog DSP, no additional converters are needed.

Here's the kit you need:

DICE - SILVERLINE iPod Integration Kit for Z4, M Coupe/Roadster 03-08 (Radio Interface)

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Does the Sirius system work with the factory nav? If so what is the price on that setup?

Sirius will work, however BMW no longer offers BMW Sirius for past models.
