M3 and Cayman S at Hamilton Pool Road, Austin, TX
So I took both of my cars to a very nice road in Austin, TX (my cousin was driving the Cayman S) and lighting was perfect so even with the iphone I think the pictures came out pretty good. Hamilton Pool road is very famous between the local petrolheads and the local PCA always organizes trips through that area. Another cool road in LimeCreek road....we went with some people from this post and it was a blast...FULL of twists, although, Hamilton Pool road is a MUCH faster trail.
Will post video soon. Cheers |

Did you ended up selling your Cayman's HRE wheels? I remember when I was persuading you to sell me those rims. Sold my Cayman. I thought you were selling yours too. Any plans on mods for the M?
Btw, nice pics.

Cayman
That is a beautiful Cayman.....Do you have any more pics of the Cayman and what mods have you done? I am seriously considering it as my next car, however the M3 seems to make sense as I have a one year old.

No , I still have the Cayman and its been on Ebay last week , but no serious buyers. Yeah, I plan to put an exhasut, Dinan springs, possibly chip upgrade and intake when its out in the market and may be pulleys. You? |

Beautiful Cayman! Boy, I'd sure hate to hit that road "shoulder"!

haha...the main reason that I got my M3 is because I recently became a father and of course, a new born does not mix well with a dropped, loud and track oriented Cayman S (not to mention the "recommendations" from the wife! HA)...that is when my search for the perfect sports sedan began...and ended in the M3. Now that the market is SO slow, I am actually not being able to get what I think I deserve for the Cayman S, so i thin I will hold on to it for a while and enjoy both cars. I stopped by my local Porsche dealer today and test drove the NEW Cayman S with PDK and 325HP....VERY interesting...
