M3 Replica Wheels Interest... Please Post

Hey guys,

I'm not aware of any vendor working on these at the moment for the 1-series, but I am interested in finding out how many of you out there in the community would be interested in the wheels (as to gain the attention of a vendor or two).

I'm talking specifically about a set of 18" staggered style 220m 2008 M3 replica wheels, in the standard gunmetal/silver finish with the option for different colors.

Here's a close up of the style:

I think someone already made a really nice PS mock up with the wheels on the forum here but I haven't been able to find it.

Please let me know if you're interested. Thanks

I'd love a set, but no one makes them in the right offset. Infact ALL replica wheels aren't great offsets for the 1er.

They are all 40 and 45, which I think sucks. They should be 47 front, 52 rear.

be nice to see Style 260M, 220M and CSL replicas in the right offsets.

I'd def be interested in this, or the M6 wheels. No one can make them in the right offset! Hopefully by next summer

I'd be interested but only if they are the 47 and 52 offsets mentioned above.

And they have to be lighter than the stock wheels, not that that would be hard to do.

Why do you consider those offsets to be bad? They come with a built in little spacer.

They stick out too far, and limit tire choice. A lot of us also like an OEM look.

I'd be interested in just about any wheels that come in proper offsets.

Interested and like the 40/43 offsets. I think it would fill the wheel wells in perfectly.

Oh, subscription to the thread disappeared and hadn't signed on in a while... didn't know people were posting. Apparently you can get the wheels now as M3R1 mentioned above.
