FM / AM Grayed Out

Not really sure what happened, probably me being an idiot. I just went out to drive my car for lunch, and I had the radio playing and all was fine. I shut the car off, grabbed food, and when I came back into the car, nothing played. So I took a look at Entertainment, and FM and AM were grayed out, and so I switched it to SAT. That worked fine, but I can't switch over to FM or AM. I even went into Settings and turned off HD Radio and turned it back on, and nothing changed. Also, I reset Radio, but that didn't change either. Anyone know what that might be? Sounds like a glitch, slightly ruining my day

Sounds like the receiver failed or maybe a connection came loose. Either way, it's time to visit the dealer.

I've had this problem intermittently with both AM/FM and USB. Sometimes it'll also lock my steering wheel controls so nothing works. Occasionally it will just start working again and other times I have to restart the car. It's never been a problem that's repeatable for the dealership however.

Yeah, the next time I started the car, all was well, and I haven't experienced the issue again. Thanks for the advice though, and the forwarded post.
