Is premium hifi, professional?

I was told I could get a bt steering wheel adapter for professional headunit, which I assume is what I got... I BELEIVE I recall seeing "professional" on the headunit, but then I've driven an x5 and a 135 in the last 5 days, might have seen it there.

Word Professional on headunit is just the model of the headunit. It reflects nothing back on the overall sound system level. In Europe they can get a lower spec Business headunit. Has lower amp, less setting and smaller screen.

That's just not correct. The Professional HU are overall higher performing units than the Business, not only in features/display but in sound quality specs.

Maybe I should have said it reflects nothing back on the overall sound system option level. In Aust we ALL get the Professional headunit, but yet there are three system option levels - Std, Hi-Fi, Hi-Fi Pro. You can move between systems and the headunit doesn't change.

In any case, if you read my last sentence, I stated the Business headunit has a lower amp.
