Where are all the speakers?

I have heard 10 or 12 - but I can only find 8 - the two on each door, two under the front seats and the two on the rear parcel shelf.

I'm not saying I want or need more - as far as I am concerned it sounds absolutley fabulous - standard not premium. But I'm just curious.

Any ideas?

The ones in the rear parcel shelf probably house 2 drivers each.

This relates to the hatch, but coupe may be the same.

If you only have the standard 6 speakers, then there are only 1 in each door. You have the housing for the tweeters and a grille in front, but there isn't a speaker behind it.

You can order them and plug them straight in yourself- they plug in to the side of the midrange speaker. Mine arrived yesterday!
The tweeters aren't in the rear either. They are in a pod that raises out of the shelf next to the rear midranges. No pod= no tweeter.
