Nuts and bolts to be honest.

Where do you folks get yours? I managed to source some from a few vendors but they are giving me long lead times for others. Not to mention "genuine BMW" markups. Is there a reliable hardware vendor out there?

McMaster Carr is a good source for “oddball fasteners”
What exactly are you after?

Additionally to McMaster Carr, Fastenal is another good source.

I've got a bunch of stuff off the car and the BMW repair manuals say not to re-use some of the hardware. Guibo bolts for example. The ones I'm having trouble finding are exhaust bolts for the center section, S-pipe to X-pipe. Long lead times for some reason.

Most importantly you want to use the correct grade and of course the correct size and thread pitch for internal threads.
Realoem lists all hardware thread and bolt lengths in the respective areas.
