Yes they’ll fit. Worse case you pull the camber pins but you should be fine.

yes to get some camber. the 245/40 is shorter than the 225/45 so height isn't an issue. so at most you may need some camber to deal with the width but 245 isn't that wide imo so i think you'll be good.
