They have been in business for over 15 years in Phoenix. I've never used them for anything but they had a good reputation back in the early Honda days (late-90's) for building fast cars. I wasn't aware they are doing BMW performance parts. Might be worth looking further into.

Full race is well respected in Japanese car tuning for aftermarket turbo kits. They make and sell high quality items. Their exhaust manifolds are great.

We did a set here, they are equivalent to the PURE Turbo Fast Spool kit that was offered a couple years ago. You still need to purchase an inlet pipe for the turbo. Total is around $4k plus installation which can vary on location

We have been working with Full Race for a long time, they're huge in the JDM scene

I have dealt with Full Race back from the evo days... they have been on the market for a while, but they are fabricators, and not turbo manufacturers per say.
So check with them on who is actually manufacturing the turbo, or what are they adding to it?

If they fail to clarify those points (along with the rest of the suppliers), then its probably Chinese turbo!

Mitsubishi manufactures the turbos.

Full Race provided their own design for the wheel, bearing, and a few other internal components to "improve" on the OEM s55 turbos.

The money is in the balancing of the shaft and bearings, hence, if they are capable of swapping bearings then why not build the rest of the turbo?

Perhaps they may switch the compressor wheels similar to what Forced Performance turbos did 20 yrs ago (and it was ~$600 upgrade at the time).
