Will 18x8.5 wheels fit on 2018 M3 for winters?
I have some replica m437 18s that I've used for winters on my 340. Would love to use them on the M3 I will be getting. Will I need a spacer? And to be honest, I know zero about spacers so I don't even know how they work or where to buy them.

Maybe. Since they're rep wheels, there is unlikely any definitive specs on the inner barrel size.
Whether or not you need a spacer is going to depend on the offset as well. Best thing to do right now if you're looking for an answer is to (1) figure out your offsets and (2) take a F and a R wheel off and measure the inner barrel diameter. |

You should be fine with that ET. For reference, the 18in winter setup from BMW for the F8x is 18x8.5 ET 27 front, and 18x9 ET 29 rear. Your front will sit 8 mm closer inboard and your rear will sit the same as BMW’s.

Thank you. This is a square set up. Will that work? Meaning 8.5 in the back?

Therefore I should not need spacers, correct, unless the 8mm inward is an issue, not sure why it would be...

Yup, it will be fine. Was just giving the exact differences verse the stock square winter setup. I run a custom 19x10 ET 25 square setup on the track. The 8mm inboard on the front should clear the shock just fine. You can use a spacer if you want the wheel more flush with the fender.
