The little arm that sets the headlight hight is in the way
So on the driver side
next to the sway bar link there is a little arm It is in the way of setting the Hotchkis front sway bar on the first hole (softest) settings. Any one have suggestions on how to relocate or modify it so it bends around the nut that secure the SB link? see number 4 in the picture |

I wouldn't modify the headlight arm. Modify the sway bar end link. Do you have an adjustable end link? Are you mounting it inboard or outboard of the sway bar. You must be mounting it inboard if it's interfering with the headlight adjuster. Mount it on the other side. I had SPL provide me with some special mounting hardware to make my end link fit my Eibach sway bar. SPL is a great company that will customize their parts. See attached pic.
