This is a fully carbon fiber model. Price reduced to $350 including shipping in US. Only used once so this is basically brand new even though the date is April 2007 - thus the price. The anchors are not included. Size is medium. This device is eligible for recertification.

The size is not indicated - got this from my father in-law. I'm happy to take measurements. Lowering price to $350.
