Tow Strap Question

Are there any tow straps that I can permanently install and hide it behind the tow hook cover? I want to be able to just pop the cover when I'm track and pull the tow strap out, and then stuff the strap back into the hole and cover it up after trackday.

Can it be done?

the most "low profile" strap or hook i've seen is the MS strap with the IND cover with the slit in it for the strap. i don't know if you can tuck it in or not and just run a closed cap...
