I have my OE side mirror housings (black sapphire metallic) and carbon fiber side mirror COVERS for sale. 2 items here folks.

* Original black sapphire metallic side mirror housings (without glass). Take the pair for $150.

* The carbon fiber side mirror covers are real carbon fiber but they’re covers only. Bought them from Bimmian. These retail for $219 but you can get them here for $100 Had them clear coated.

You can take the housings and the covers for $200!

Here are some pictures of the carbon fiber covers on the OE side mirror housings, which are also for sale (black sapphire metallic). The covers are not perfect as you can see, so I tried to take close ups of the imperfections like the small scratches. The driver’s side cover seems a bit dull from the UV rays but can be buffer and polished for a clear shiny look again. I’ve done it before and there was no evidence of it ever being “burned”. My advice; maintain your carbon fiber bits in your car. There are also imperfections from the hand made carbon fiber, that’s not uncommon in carbon fiber. Again, you can buy the covers for $100, the black housings for $150, or both housings and covers for $200! This is ideal for those of you that don’t have a black Z4. These covers will expose your original side mirror color at the bottom and from the in-cabin view while driving. Nonetheless these covers look good once mounted and the flaws can go unnoticed due to the beauty of CF!
