BM3 OTS Questions

What are the target boost numbers between OTS Stage 1 and OTS Stage 2?

What does the term "taper up" mean?

You probably want to check target boost with PTF direct

Keep in mind that with flash tune, looking at boost on its own is almost irrelevant since a lot more parameters are changed including ignition timing.

I'm trying to decide whether to run Cary Jordan E85 Stage 1 or BM3 OTS stage 2.

I wanted to go towards the tune with the lowest pressure on components.

the BM3 OTS stage 1 would be the one with the least pressure

They are 2 completely different tunes. One is OTS and Cary's requires dyno tuning. We offer both OTS and the custom E85 tuning utilizing our in house dynojet. Feel free to PM me for details.

Why not run both? You BM3 license will come with the Stage 2 file for running on the street (91oct), Cary's E85 tune would make the most power.
Tunes can be switched at any time when needed. No E85 or looking to drive to work? Switch back to the S2 OTS file. Wanting to make max power? Go E85.

As Kevin stated above, all E85 files are custom-tuned on our in-house dynojet. Feel free to PM myself or Kevin and we can get you going.
